Watch Paul Rudd Perfectly Play His Own Aggressive Superfan on 'Late Night'
"I wish I was Paul Rudd, with his handsome face and his huge elephant pee-pee. I'm talking thick!"
Paul Rudd still may be promoting Ant-Man on the late-night circuit, but last night, he did so by debuting a new character he should play beyond a quick bit: the Paul Rudd superfan.
"Stop being a dud, and bring out the Rudd!" shouted the actor — wearing a "Paul Rudd Rock$" tank, a "sports" cap and a fake mustache — after booing host Seth Meyers on Wednesday's Late Night.
And when Meyers questioned his identity, he responded, "Hell no, dude. I wish I was Paul Rudd, with his handsome face and his huge elephant pee-pee. I'm talking thick!"
Instead, his name was "Mall Blubb," a Civil War general who "stood at the Mason-Dixon line, just yelling, 'Alright guys, come on, just, you know, break it up! Stop doing the Civil War!' "
But he said he's the only person who physically resembles Rudd — to anyone else who allegedly does, he says: "What?! You don't look like Paul Rudd. You look like a piece of shit."
Watch the bit in the video below.
And no worries — that mustachioed superfan later got a shout-out from the actual Rudd, himself.
