British model and TV personality Peaches Geldof, who died suddenly earlier this month at the age of 25, will be laid to rest by family and friends at a private funeral on Easter Monday.

The service will be held at the same church where both Geldof and her mother Paula Yates were married, St. Mary Magdalene and St. Lawrence Church in Davington, Geldof's family told the Press Association. Yates' funeral was also held there following her death by heroin overdose in 2000.

Geldof was pronounced dead by paramedics at her home in southeast England on Monday, April 7. Police are treating her death as "non-suspicious but sudden and unexplained."

An initial autopsy was inconclusive, and the results of a toxicology test to determine the cause of death are expected within one to two weeks.

Authorities have said detectives are investigating the surrounding circumstances and will hand their report to a coroner, who will then likely hold an inquest (the British legal procedure for determining the facts of unexplained or violent deaths).

Geldof was the daughter of Irish musician Bob Geldof and the late TV host Yates. She was well-known in the U.K. for her teenage antics in the public eye and for her later work as a model, writer and TV presenter. Her mother, Yates, died of a heroin overdose when Peaches was 11.

Geldof is survived by her second husband, musician Tom Cohen, and their two young sons.
