PFW Photo Diary: Roger Vivier Gets Groovy
The grand Maison de l'Amerique Latine in Paris set the stage for Roger Vivier's Summer Sweets presentation.
Roger Vivier creative director Bruno Frisoni delved into the fashion house's archives for the perfect '70s inspiration, including pop prints, cube heels and bold retro florals. The brand, which is best known for its Pilgrim buckle and ladylike ballet flats, rolled out new day bags (a mini "Viv" style, lightweight and cross-body optional) and chunkier, flashier shoes for a fresh generation of Vivier lovers. Also worth noting is the designer’s debut sneaker — Sneaky Viv, a slip-on with an embellished buckle.
