PR & Marketing Powerhouses Rogers & Cowan, FRUKT Align Under New Banner
The restructuring coincides with a relocation of the companies' flagship offices from West Hollywood to Century City.
Public Relations agency Rogers & Cowan and marketing powerhouse FRUKT will realign, corporate parent Interpublic Group announced Jan. 18.
Leadership for the restructured unit under the Octagon Sports and Entertainment Network includes Mark Owens as CEO and Rich Davis as COO. Rogers & Cowan continues to be run by chairman Paul Bloch and co-president’s Alan Nierob and Fran Curtis. FRUKT is led by co-managing directors Dom Hodge, Chris Heath and Jim Robinson out of the U.K., and Shirley Richter Hughes in the U.S.
According to a release, the collaborative combined entity will represent more than 150 clients, to be serviced by "a team of pop culture power brokers...to provide access to the music, touring, film, television, video gaming, technology, fashion, digital content and location-based entertainment sectors."
Among the artists, actors and athletes that Rogers & Cowan represents are Denzel Washington, Kevin Costner, Vin Diesel, Brie Larson, Felicity Jones, Chris Pratt, Jerry Bruckheimer, Robert Zemeckis, The Rolling Stones, Elton John and David Beckham. FRUKT has worked with such global brands as Cisco, The Coca-Cola Company, Delta Air Lines, Hasbro, Marriott, Gibson Brands and Royal Caribbean. It partnered Gwen Stefani and Justin Timberlake with Mastercard, and Cisco with Live Nation.
The realignment coincides with a relocation of the companies' flagship offices from Los Angeles' West Hollywood to Century City.
