'Premium Rush' Trailer: Joseph Gordon-Levitt Races Through Streets of New York With Mysterious Envelope (Video)
Michael Shannon, Jamie Chung, Dania Ramirez and Aasif Mandvi co-star in the Columbia Pictures movie, which opens Jan. 13.
The first trailer for Premium Rush hit the Web on Thursday.
The thriller, from Columbia Pictures, stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt as a bike messenger who becomes involved in a chase around New York after being asked to deliver a mysterious envelope.

Michael Shannon plays a corrupt cop trying to get the package from him.
"If you don't give over that envelope, you have no idea what's coming for you," Shannon's character tells him.

The high-energy trailer also features Gordon-Levitt nearly getting hit by a taxi.
