It's Prime time for vet publicity execs
EmptyVeteran Endeavor publicist Michael Donkis is leaving the agency to partner with Joy Fehily, who left her senior vp post at PMK/HBH last month.
The entertainment PR execs are launching communications firm Prime, which will be based in Culver City's arts district. In addition to handling Hollywood clients, Prime will offer pro bono services to one Los Angeles-based nonprofit organization each year, starting with the Art of Elysium, dedicated to bringing arts programs to sick and critically ill children.
Donkis, who joined Endeavor in 2000, headed the agency's communications department. He will continue to work with Endeavor as a consultant.
Donkis started his PR career in the communications department of the Washington Post.
Fehily began her career 13 years ago at PMK/HBH. All of her clients there — including Graham King, Joel Silver, McG, Gerard Butler, Olivia Wilde, Seth MacFarlane, Aaron Sorkin, Peter Morgan, Anthony Zuiker, Eric McCormack and Radical Publishing — will follow her to Prime. Before PMK/ HBH, Fehily was a publicist at Castle Rock Entertainment. (partialdiff)
