Rachel Roy's Daughter Creates Cozy Spaces for Young Women in Need
Tenth-grader Ava Dash teamed up with The Teen Project and Ugg to create better homes for eight women.
Fashion designer Rachel Roy's 15-year-old daughter, Ava Dash, recently partnered with The Teen Project and Ugg to help redecorate the spaces of eight young women in need.
The Teen Project, which assists young people aging out of the foster program, and Ugg helped Dash spice up four spaces at a Teen Project location with donations from the likes of Z Gallerie and Tempaper. Dash also enlisted the help of a few of her famous friends, including Disney actress Peyton List and Teen Wolf star Cody Saintgnue, to assist her with the decor process.
Additionally, the high school student stopped by a Teen Project location and passed out 100 pairs of Ugg boots to adolescents. She told WWD of the boots, "I always wanted them, and I never had them growing up, so I thought it would be great to give them each their own pair."
