Their eighth studio record was made available on Friday to those who pre-ordered it online.

Radiohead released its anticipated album The King of Limbs on Friday -- a day earlier than previously announced.

The eight-track album was made available to those who had ordered it online, and the early reviews have been favorable.

"With everything ready on their website, the band decided to bring forward the release by a day as there was no need to wait until the planned date of Saturday Feb 19 to deliver the music," read a statement on their Web site.

It's their eighth studio release and contains songs like "Bloom," "Lotus Flower," "Feral" and "Give Up the Ghost."

The band isn't signed to a major label after ending their relationship with EMI's Parlophone after six albums in 2007, and instead releases its music though their website.

The CD and vinyl version will be available in several weeks through independent label XL. A luxury box set will be released in May.
