Who Is IMDb's Celebrity Bio Bandit?: Onstage during the Napa Valley Film Festival on Nov. 9, in Yountville, Calif., Billy Bush asked James Marsden what roles the actor had turned down -- Marsden claimed he wasn't in a position to do so -- and why he's such a big Barry Manilow fan. Marsden laughed and said he's constantly asked this about the singer but that it's just not true. The Access Hollywood host protested that he got it from a presumably reliable source: the actor's IMDb bio. So it must be correct, right? Not so much. Explains Marsden, "I have a famous actor friend of mine -- I won't tell you who he is -- but he likes to go into other people's bios and add things." A spokesperson for IMDb acknowledges the ease with which a prankster can wreak havoc: "We make it easy for users and professionals to update much of our content, which is why we have an 'edit page.' The data that is submitted goes through a series of consistency checks before it goes live. Given the sheer volume of the information, occasional mistakes are inevitable, and, when reported, they are promptly fixed. We always welcome corrections."

Elmore Leonard: Free at Last

On Nov. 14, Elmore Leonard will receive the National Book Foundation's Distinguished Contribution to American Letters medal in New York. But the author, 87, has another milestone on his mind: finally signing the papers on his most recent divorce, from third wife Christine Leonard, which has been tied up in court for more than a year. "It's probably the best thing that's happened to me," he tells THR. "I got married too quickly after my second wife died. It'll be over by the end of this month." He goes on to underline the obvious, for someone whose work has been developed into Out of Sight, 3:10 to Yuma, FX's Justified and other lucrative properties: "It's going to cost money."

Kidman Wants to Marry Colin Firth Again

Millions consider Colin Firth the perfect fantasy husband, and Nicole Kidman is among them. The pair just completed the World War II drama The Railway Man, in which they play a married couple. But once is not enough. THR hears Kidman wants to reprise the relationship in her next project, an adaptation of S.J. Watson's thriller Before I Go to Sleep, featuring an amnesiac wife whose husband must reintroduce himself each morning. If you had to wake up with a stranger every morning, why not Firth?
