This Is the Healthy Meal Program Hollywood Is Eating Up
Stars are using The Ranch Daily to stay slim this holiday season.
While December brings the onslaught of open buffets at holiday parties, it’s also the time for Hollywood to double down on their diets before picking up on the newest exercise fitness craze in the new year.
Enter The Ranch, known for keeping Hollywood in check through its luxury boot camp in Malibu, where food is seen as medicine and health is a lifestyle. Through a strict hiking and diet program, stars and executives drop the pounds quickly over a weeklong program. Famous fans of the resort include Lea Michele, Julianne Hough, Rebel Wilson, Minka Kelly, Mandy Moore and others.
When my schedule is extra crazy, nothing is more helpful than having healthy meals right at my doorstep. It keeps me sane and fueled to tackle all my tasks. I recommend trying this if you haven't already - it's the ultimate "treat yourself" gift. My favorite is @theranchmalibu, but if you're not in their area I bet you could find a fabulous delivery service near you. #ad
After debuting a weekend program in Westlake, Calif., the healthy lifestyle company is now making the meal plan program even easier with a home delivery service called The Ranch Daily. The program offers The Ranch's signature food meals at your doorstep, so you can stay fit all year round. Hough and Camilla Belle have already taken to Instagram to share that they've sampled the program to stay lean this holiday season. And Brittany Snow has had the meal plan delivered on set.
Developed around a plant-based diet, all meals are gluten-, dairy- and GMO-free. Special care is given to food prepping, so clients don’t have to worry about not getting enough nutrients throughout the day. Recent meals include cinnamon chia porridge and berries for breakfast, raw pad Thai salad for lunch and broccolini pizza for dinner. Snacks include kiwi chews, almond butter balls or carob bars.
Currently available in Southern California, meals are delivered at your doorstep in the morning, come in biodegradable packaging and arrive either ready to eat or can be quickly heated for consumption.
New customers can try the one-day meal plan, starting at $80 a day for lunch, dinner, a snack and side salad, and $90 for an option that also includes a breakfast dish. Folks can also order The Ranch’s cult-favorite energy bites or granola from their a la carte store online, ideal for holiday travel snacking.
