Ray Winstone picks 'Night Flower'
Reteams with 'Sexy Beast' writer David Scinto
BERLIN -- Ray Winstone is reteaming with his "Sexy Beast" screenwriter David Scinto for Scinto's directorial debut "Night Flower."
Ben Whishaw ("Bright Star") and Andrew Garfield ("The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus") are in talks to join the cast.
Brit sales outfit AV Pictures is hawking the project, described as a "terrifying romantic thriller," at the European Film Market in Berlin.
In addition to writing and directing "Night Flower," Scinto will also produce the film together with Bobby Allen and Jade Bell. James Wilson ("Shaun of the Dead") is on board as an executive producer.
Shooting on "Night Flower" is set to start in the fall.
