He also provided a photo from his hospital bed, where both he and a nurse gave a smile and a "thumbs up" to his speedy recovery.

Jeremy drove himself to Cedars-Sinai on Jan. 29 after suffering severe chest pains. He was brought directly to the intensive care unit and soon after underwent emergency heart surgery.
