Television director Paris Barclay has signed with Paradigm. His credits include serving as co-executive producer and director on CBS' "Cold Case" and director on Fox's "House," FX's "The Shield" and NBC's "Law & Order." He won two Emmys and a DGA Award for his work on ABC's "NYPD Blue." ? Also signing with Paradigm is Allan Arkush, whose credits include executive producer and director on NBC's "Heroes" and co-executive producer and director on NBC's "Crossing Jordan." His directing credits also include Fox's "Ally McBeal" and ABC's "The Practice." Arkush, director of the 1979 feature film "Rock 'n' Roll High School," won a miniseries/movie directing Emmy in 1999 for NBC's "The Temptations." ? Agents Matt Frost and Bryan Billig have joined Paradigm's comedy and personal appearances division. Frost and Billig, who operated under their own New York Entertainment banner, will be based out of Paradigm New York. The two represent emerging comedic talent and have been responsible for developing and packaging hit nationwide comedy tours including "Last Comic Standing" and "Tourgasm." ? Shawn Ashmore, best known for his role as Iceman in the "X-Men" film trilogy, has signed with the Gersh Agency for representation. The actor next appears in "3 Needles," opposite Stockard Channing, Chloe Sevigny, Olympia Dukakis and Sandra Oh, and recently wrapped "Solstice," opposite Elisabeth Harnois, Tyler Hoechlin, Hilarie Burton and Amanda Seyfried. He continues to be managed by Artistry Management. ? Annie Burgstede has signed with Innovative Artists. The actress portrays Willow on NBC's "Days of Our Lives." Television director Michael Preece has signed with manager Grant Turck of Velocity Management for representation in all areas. Preece has directed more than 200 hours of primetime network TV, including more than 60 episodes of "Dallas" and nearly 70 episodes of "Walker, Texas Ranger." His recent credits include "7th Heaven."
