ICM has expanded its concerts division with the hiring of music agents Dennis Ashley and Robert Gibbs, who specialize in urban talent. The duo represent such artists as Beyonce, Mary J. Blige, Chris Brown and Ne-Yo, all of who are expected to join ICM. Ashley began his career at ICM in 1989 and later formed his own company, Ashley Entertainment. Ashley and Gibbs most recently were at CAA. ? Patrick Warburton has signed with ICM. Warburton, best known as Puddy on NBC's "Seinfeld," is shooting CBS' midseason series "Rules of Engagement" and has voice roles in the upcoming films "Happily N'Ever After" and "Bee Movie." He is managed by Dolores Robinson Entertainment. ? Paradigm has signed a slew of clients, including Cheri Oteri. The actress next appears in the feature films "Southland Tales and "Underdog" and has a voice role in the upcoming "Shrek the Third." Debi Mazar also has signed with the agency. Her credits include ABC's "Ugly Betty" and HBO's "Entourage" as well as the films "Edmond," "The Alibi" and "Collateral." Cole Hauser also has signed with Paradigm. Hauser's credits include the films "2 Fast 2 Furious," "Paparazzi," "The Break-Up" and "Good Will Hunting." Also signing with Paradigm is actor-comedian Skyler Stone, who is onscreen in "For Your Consideration." He also created, wrote for and starred on Comedy Central's "Con." ? Lauralee Bell has signed with Nancy Schmidt at Boutique. Bell, known for her long-running role on CBS' daytime series "The Young & the Restless," starred on "Past Sins," which aired on Lifetime this year, and recently guest-starred on CBS' "CSI: Miami." She also was the female lead in the indie film "Carpool Guy." ? Vinnie Jones has signed with managers Alex Cole and Matt Luber of Nine Yards Entertainment. The British actor's credits include the films "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels," "Gone in Sixty Seconds" and "X-Men: The Last Stand." He continues to be repped by Paradigm and Peter Burrell of Classic Management in the U.K. ? David Bottrell has signed with Joel Dean at Talentworks. Bottrell plays Lincoln on ABC's "Boston Legal." Other credits include NBC's "Mad About You" and "Caroline in the City" and ABC's "Dharma & Greg." ? Charlotte Ross has signed with APA. Ross, best known for her role as Detective Connie McDowell on ABC's "NYPD Blue," next appears in the film "Searching for Mickey Fish" and the Lifetime movie "Montana Sky." ? Talent manager Adam Griffin has joined management company Kritzer/Levine/Wilkins. Griffin, who was a manager at the Collective, brings with him a roster of clients including Evan Ross (HBO's "Life Support"), Rachel Specter (Comedy Central's "Not Another Teen Show") and Rick Fox (FX's "Dirt"). In addition, Griffin has recently signed Robert Knepper (Fox's "Prison Break"), Eden Sher (Showtime's "Weeds") and Alice Greczyn (NBC's "Windfall"). Griffin got his start at Untitled Entertainment. ? Agent Sarah Shyn has joined the Gersh Agency's talent department. She brings with her a client roster that includes Columbus Short (NBC's "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip"), Olivia Thirlby ("United 93"), Jessica Stroup ("The Hills Have Eyes II"), Marshall Allman ("Prison Break"), Kyle Gallner (UPN's "Veronica Mars"), Ryan Hansen ("Veronica Mars"), Smith Cho (ABC's "Emily's Reasons Why Not"), Scout Taylor Compton ("Sleepover") and Allison Scagliotti (Nickelodeon's "Drake & Josh"). Shyn was head of the teen/young-adult theatrical department at the Osbrink Agency. ? Writer-producer Frank Renzulli has signed with CAA. He was a writer on HBO's "The Sopranos," on which he also served as supervising producing and co-executive producer. He most recently was co-executive producer on NBC's "Heist." Renzulli is represented by attorney Roger Pliakas of Miller & Pliakas.
