APA has signed a slew of clients in the comedy arena, including actors Lance Barber and Ryan Stiles, comedian Kevin Heffernan and production shingle Production Partners. Additional APA signings include actresses Jacqueline Obradors and Liza Snyder, actor Matthew Lawrence and director Rob Lieberman. Barber's credits include Showtime's "Californication" and the upcoming feature "Leatherheads." He also has appeared on HBO's "The Comeback" and the film "For Your Consideration." He continues to be repped by Principato-Young and attorney Jeff Bernstein. Hefferman, who is a principal in the Broken Lizard Comedy Troupe, co-wrote, produced and starred in the films "Beerfest," "Club Dread" and "Super Troopers." He has writing projects set up at Warner Bros. and Fox Searchlight and next appears in the feature "Strange Wilderness." He continues to be managed by 3 Arts Entertainment. Production Partners encompasses partners Sandy Chanley, Keith Truesdell and Tom Bull along with vp development Scott Butler. The company produced the first two seasons of HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm," for which they received an Emmy nomination. They won an Emmy for the HBO comedy special "Chris Rock: Bring the Pain," their second of three collaborations with Rock. The company recently completed a new special for Bravo starring Kathy Griffin, their fifth collaboration with the comedian. The special, "Kathy Griffin: Straight to Hell," aired Thursday night. Stiles, who appears on CBS' "Two and a Half Men," is known for his role on "The Drew Carey Show." He also has been nominated for an Emmy for his work on "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" He continues to be repped by managers Kay Liberman and Lenore Zerman and attorney Howard Fishman. Obradors has appeared as a regular on several series, including "Freddie," "NYPD Blue" and "Battery Park." Her film credits include "A Man Apart" and "Six Days, Seven Nights." Lieberman recently directed an episode of ABC's "Brothers & Sisters" and Spike TV's pilot "A.M.P.E.D" and is attached to direct the feature "Tortured."
