‘Castle’ queen finds new court

Castle star Stana Katic has signed with Gersh and Gotham/Principal. The Canadian native is currently shooting the seventh season of the hit ABC romantic drama and recently portrayed rock singer and producer Genya Ravan in the punk period piece CBGB. Last year she appeared opposite Kate Bosworth and Josh Lucas in another indie devoted to American cultural history, the Jack Kerouac-themed Big Sur. She spent this summer in Italy filming the indie romance The Tourist. Katic continues to be repped by attorney Peter Nelson of Nelson Davis and publicist Nancy Seltzer.

The resettlements begin

Days after Jeff Berg’s Oct. 6 announcement to his Resolution staff that the beleaguered young agency would shutter operations, Resolution agent Katie Cates has found a new home at Berg’s former firm, ICM Partners, in the television literary department. Cates’ clients include Daniel Knauf (NBC’s Dracula), Copper’s Will Rokos, Charmed’s William Schmidt, Leo Chu and Eric Garcia (Nickelodeon’s Supah Ninjas) and The Cleveland Show’s Margee Magee and Angeli Millan. Cates previously spent four years at the Kaplan Stahler Agency.

Former Resolution music division head Terry Rhodes, who left the firm in July, has started up his own boutique, Patriot Artist Agency, with International Artists Agency founder Stephen Brush. The two were first colleagues at ICM, where Rhodes led its East Coast Music department and Brush worked with music and comedy clients including Rod Stewart, Jay Leno and Nas.

He accepted their rose

The Bachelor franchise co-executive producer Bennett Graebner has signed with ICM Partners. Graebner serves as a co-EP on ABC’s The Bachelor, The Bachelorette and Bachelors in Paradise and was a supervising producer on Bachelor Pad.
