In Theaters This Weekend: Reviews of 'Breaking Dawn - Part 2,' 'Silver Linings Playbook,' 'Anna Karenina' and More
What THR's critics say about the movies opening this week.
Twilight fans will finally get to see how the romance between Bella Swan and Edward Cullen plays out on the big screen.
The fifth and final installment of the vampire franchise adapted from Stephenie Meyer's The Twilight Saga novels hits theaters this weekend, and the cast has been hyping a shocking ending to the series. Breaking Dawn -- Part 2, directed by Bill Condon, stars Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner.
The vampire romance picks up where it left off in Breaking Dawn -- Part 1. After Bella (Stewart) has given birth, she awakens as a new vampire. Now Bella and Edward have to protect their newborn from a false allegation that puts the whole family in danger.
Meanwhile, Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence and Robert De Niro star in David O. Russell's comedy romance about two people struggling to rebuild their lives.
The film -- which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival -- is adapted from Matthew Quick's 2008 novel and follows former teacher Pat Solitano (Cooper), who, after getting out of a mental institution, moves back to his parents' house. His life turns around after meeting the mysterious Tiffany (Lawrence).
