The rapper is recovering following a health scare during a flight to Memphis.
Rick Ross sent shockwaves through the music industry on Friday, Oct. 14, after suffering a seizure and falling unconscious during a flight to Memphis, Tenn.
Fans and colleagues quickly began offering prayers and condolences to the rapper via Twitter, with a few of those closest to Ross providing updates on his current condition.
“I just talked to Ross...he's 100 pct ok... wrote Wale, who is part of Ross’ Maybach Music Group.
“I’m wit @rickrozy now he good…” added DJ Sam Sneaker.
The rapper was heading to Memphis to open a Wingstop restaurant, the first in a planned chain of flavored wing eateries. His fifth studio album, God Forgives, I Don’t is expected to be released on Dec. 13.
