Rita Moreno and Quentin Tarantino are joining the class of 2016.

The legendary actress and Oscar-winning director are set to receive honorary Doctorate of Fine Arts degrees from the American Film Institute for their "contributions to the art of the moving image," the organization  announced Monday.

Moreno is known for her role as Anita in West Side Story, as well as turns in Singin' in the Rain and Carnal Knowledge and, more recently, on The CW's Jane the Virgin. She has amassed the coveted EGOT, having won an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony.

Tarantino, the famous genre director, is known for such sensational films as Pulp Fiction, Inglorious Bastards and last year's remixed Western The Hateful Eight.

Previous recipients of AFI honorary degrees include Robert Altman, Maya Angelou, Kathryn Bigelow and Mel Brooks.

Moreno and Tarantino will receive their degrees June 15 during the AFI Conservatory’s commencement ceremony at the TCL Chinese Theater in Hollywood.
