Robin Williams Signs With WME

The Oscar-winning actor was previously represented by CAA.
Academy Award-winning actor Robin Williams has signed with WME for representation in all areas. He was previously represented by CAA.
Williams won the best supporting actor Oscar in 1997 for Good Will Hunting; his other noteworthy performances include turns in Good Morning, Vietnam, Dead Poets Society and Mrs. Doubtfire, among others. Williams has also won two Emmy awards and four Golden Globes.
Next, he lends his voice to Happy Feet 2, and will appear in The Wedding, opposite Robert De Niro and Diane Keaton.
Williams continues to tour as a stand-up comedian -- his 2010 Weapons of Self-Destruction tour grossed $40 million.
