Robin Williams Voices Dog in 'Absolutely Anything' Trailer (Video)
The British science fiction comedy stars Simon Pegg.
Robin Williams is posthumously returning to the movies this year, as the voice of Dennis the dog in Absolutely Anything.
The British film is a science fiction comedy about a disillusioned school teacher who is given the ability to do anything he wishes after a group of aliens decide to grant him that power. The teacher is played by Simon Pegg and Williams voices his dog, who is given the gift of speech. The aliens are voiced by the Monty Python team.
Lionsgate describes Pegg's internal conflict in the caption accompanying the film's trailer: "Mishap after mishap finally leads him to the ultimate conundrum that all men dread and at which many have failed…should he choose the girl…or the dog…?"
The movie hits theaters in the UK in August, a year after Williams' death. No U.S. release date has been set yet.
