See Lindsay Lohan as a Bloody Vampire (Video)

The actress stars with "Vampire Diaries" actor Michael Trevino in a video for photographer Tyler Shields.
Lindsay Lohan takes on the role of vampire in her latest project, a 46-second video for photographer Tyler Shields.
The video, which also features The Vampire Diaries actor Michael Trevino, is part of Shields' exhibit Life Is Not a Fairytale, which features Lohan and Trevino in a series of photos.
"It got intense on this shoot; people left bleeding!" Shields wrote on his website. "Lindsay and I had been wanting to do this vampire shoot for a while and it came together in perfect time for my gallery. Trevino just happened to be in town. It was all meant to be!"
He also praised his two stars.
"What can I say, Lindsay, she takes it to another level," he wrote. "The way she works is incredible. She killed it, and she killed Trevino, who also I had only met twice before this, but what an amazing guy. I cant say enough about how great he was in this. He left my house bruised and bleeding and loved every moment of it!"
