"Rather than fill any of the hundreds of vacancies in his government, Trump spent the weekend golfing, and then woke up Monday morning to watch TV and pick fights on Twitter."

Seth Meyers also returned from vacation on Monday, and the Late Night host took a closer look at what Trump did last week.

"Rather than fill any of the hundreds of vacancies in his government, Trump spent the weekend golfing, and then woke up Monday morning to watch TV and pick fights on Twitter," said Meyers. The host also took on the back and forth between Trump and the mayor of London. Meyers repeated the mayor of London's response to Trump's tweet about him. The mayor said he had more important things to do right now than respond to Trump's "ill-informed tweets."

Meyers joked that responding to Trump's ill-informed tweets can be a full-time job: "And I know, because it's my full-time job."

Meyers didn't just call out Trump, he teased Kellyanne Conway, who criticized the media for focusing too much on what Trump says on Twitter. Conway argued that Twitter was not Trump's preferred method of communication, so Meyers played a clip of when Conway was on his show, advocating for Trump's use of social media as a method of communication.

Back to Trump, Meyers said "Why focus on just one city when you can fight the entire planet?" He then turned to the president's Rose Garden announcement that he would be withdrawing the U.S. from the Paris climate agreement. Meyers found it amusing that Trump took a long pause before saying he was elected to represent the citizens of Pittsburgh, not Paris, saying it shouldn't take that long to remember who you represent. The host also joked that Trump sounds like he writes his speeches using "Mad Libs."

Meyers also addressed rumors that Trump pulled out of the Paris climate change agreement because he was insulted by Macron's purposefully extended handshake. "Let's hope Kim Jong Un never gives him a 'down low, too slow' or we could be looking at World War III," said Meyers.

"Trump is spending his time rage-tweeting, picking fights with our allies and pissing off the entire world. Donald, without looking at your notes, who do you think you're helping?" asked Meyers.
