'They Shoot Horses, Don't They?' Actress Susannah York Dies

LONDON -- Actress Susannah York has died at the age of 72 after a struggle with bone cancer, her family said Sunday. The actress, who earned fame in a string of movies including They Shoot Horses, Don't They?, for which she was nominated for a best supporting actress Oscar, historical drama A Man For All Seasons and wartime classic The Battle of Britain, was known for her luminous screen presence and classic English rose good looks.
