After being rumored for months, the elite club's expansion in Manhattan has been confirmed.
Soho House, the ever-expanding social club, will open a new spot on Ludlow Street in the Lower East Side to join the six-story location in Manhattan's Meatpacking District, which opened in June 2003.
Eater LA reports the company will be requesting a liquor license at the next Manhattan Community Board 3 meeting March 11.
The space, 139-141 Ludlow Street, was most recently home to Kleen-Stik Enterprises and in December was sold for $8.7 million to an entity called "139 Ludlow Acquisition LLC."
Soho House also has locations in L.A., Miami, Germany as well as multiple locations in the U.K. It also has announced plans to open in Chicago, Toronto, Istanbul, Mumbai and Barcelona by the end of 2014.
