Sony's Steve Mosko to Open Keynote Discussion for NAB Conference

The National Association of Broadcasters will hold its annual Content and Communications World conference from Nov. 11-12 in New York City.

Steve Mosko, president of Sony Television Pictures, will be participating in the opening keynote discussion at the National Association of Broadcasters' annual Content and Communications World event on Nov. 11, NAB announced Monday.

Mosko will be joined by longtime New York Times columnist Bill Carter to discuss the current state of television and distribution dealmaking. Mosko has overseen the worldwide success of numerous SPT titles, including Breaking Bad and The Blacklist.

"CCW showcases the latest trends in technology, media and entertainment that will drive the future of broadcast and media forward," Chris Brown, executive vice president of NAB's Conventions and Business Operations, said in a statement. "Under Steve’s leadership, Sony Pictures Television has been in the lead in terms of delivering content for new platforms like SVOD services and gaming consoles, in addition to the production and delivery of 4K content. With his extensive experience across all facets of the television industry, Mr. Mosko is guaranteed to be a huge draw for CCW attendees."

NAB's two-day event will take place from Nov. 11-12 in New York City.
