Soulja Boy Buys a $55 Million Jet for his Birthday

If you’re Soulja Boy, you buy yourself a jet for your 21st birthday.
 
The rapper, whose 2007 single “Crank That (Soulja Boy)” kept Billboard’s top spot for seven weeks straight, apparently bought himself a G5 Jet for his 21st birthday, according to TMZ.
 
The jet cost $35 million, but Soulja Boy then spent an additional $20 million on extra features for his sky ride, including flat screen televisions, Brazilian hardwood cabinets and Italian leather seats. It doesn’t stop there—Soulja Boy is also renovating the bathroom, and giving the jet a paint job, adding his own logo.

Soulja Boy, whose birthday was on Thursday, July 28,  will be throwing himself a party in Miami at Club Play on Friday.
 
“Yesterday was the best birthday! tonight will be the best party! these last 3 days have been the best of my life,” he tweeted on Friday.

Friend and fellow musician Justin Bieber sent Soulja Boy a note over Twitter, writing,"Happy B-Day To My Bro @souljaboy !!!! have a swagged up party 2nite." Soulja Boy also tweeted that Bieber bought him another flying object for his birthday – a balloon.
