Teenage Dreams
Youngsters aged 13 to 16 can get Petite Retreats -- a 45-minute facial, body exfoliation or massage -- at St. Regis Monarch Beach’s Spa Gaucin (One Monarch Beach Resort, Dana Point, Calif., stregismb.com). That is, if their parents are willing to fork over $135.

Pampering Marathons
A growing trend is treatments that go loooong. The new three-hour Red Flower Nature Ritual ($425) at Napa Valley’s Bardessono Spa (6526 Yount Street, Yountville, Calif., bardessono.com) includes an organic milk facial, phyto-nutrient wrap and face massage with an application of arctic berry cloud milk cream.
Stiletto Rehab
Stride Medical Spa (512 Hamilton Ave., Palo Alto, stridewellbeing.com) has on-staff podiatrist Dr. Brynn Ewen to oversee sole-saving, including glycolic-acid-peel foot facials (two-session treatment, $245). Bill it to Christian Louboutin.

Deep Freeze
Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Kobe Bryant swear by Whole Body Cryotherapy ($65) at L.A.’s Cryohealthcare (532 N. La Cienega Blvd., cryohealthcare.com). You step into a nitrogen-powered Cryosauna set at negative 250 degrees Fahrenheit for an excruciating two minutes to lower body temperatures to 30 to 50 degrees. Fans say all that cold boosts collagen, reduces inflammation and might even promote weight loss.
