'Spring Breakers' Headed for Theaters in Spring 2013
The comedy stars Selena Gomez, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Benson and Rachel Korine as four college coeds willing to do anything to have their dream vacation.
Upstart distribution company A24 has picked up domestic rights to college comedy Spring Breakers, from Megan Ellison's Annapurna Pictures.
The film, developed and produced by Hero in collaboration with Muse Productions, will be released in theaters nationwide in Spring 2013.

Spring Breakers stars Selena Gomez, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Benson and Rachel Korine as four college coeds willing to do anything to have their dream spring break -- including robbing a fast food restaurant.
Written and directed by Harmony Korine, the movie also features rap star Gucci Mane and introduces the ATL Twins.
VENICE REVIEW: Spring Breakers
Spring Breakers made its worldwide premiere at the 2012 Venice Film Festival, followed by its North American debut at the Toronto Film Festival.
The comedy is produced by Chris Hanley, Jordan Gertner, David Zander and Charles-Marie Anthonioz. Ellison is executive producer.
Launched over the summer, the New York-based A24 is quickly building a slate of films, including awards contender Ginger & Rosa, starring Elle Fanning, Annette Bening, Alessandro Nivola and Christina Hendricks.
