TORONTO - Patrick Stewart, Jonathan Frakes, LeVar Burton and other cast members from Star Trek: The Next Generation are headed to Canada’s biggest geek carnival, Toronto ComiCon.

Also courting obsessive Canadian fans will be Michael Dorn, Marina Sirtis, Brent Spiner and Gates McFadden.
The Canadian pop culture convention, to run March 9 and 10, will also host Michael Hogan of Battlestar Galactica, Sean Astin from The Lord of the Rings and Smallville’s Laura Vandervoort.
Local attractions include Toronto comic book artists Anthony Del Col and Connor McCreery, creators of the Kill Shakespeare multi-platform project, and its follow-up series Tide of Blood, to launch later this year.
