Alyson Stoner and Adam Sevani Returning for 'Step Up 5' (Exclusive)

Alyson Stoner and Adam Sevani will return to play Camille Cage and Robert "Moose" Alexander III, respectively, The Hollywood Reporter has learned exclusively.
The fifth film in Summit's dance franchise will be helmed by music video director and choreographer Trish Sie from a script by John Swetnam.
Jennifer Gibgot and Adam Shankman of Offspring Entertainment are producing with Offspring’s Matt Smith executive producing.
Erik Feig, Lionsgate Motion Picture Group’s president of production, Meredith Milton, Summit’s executive vp production, and Jina Jones, Lionsgate’s director of development, will oversee the project for the studio.
Stoner starred as Camille in Step Up and Step Up 3. She's also appeared in Cheaper by the Dozen and its sequel. She's repped by Paradigm and Curtis Talent Management.
Savani appeared as Moose in Step Up 2: The Streets, Step Up 3D and Step Up: Revolution. He recently appeared in LOL (Laughing Out Loud). He's repped by UTA and The Schiff Company.
As THR previously reported, Stephen "tWitch" Boss, who starred in both Step Up 3D and Step Up Revolution, is also returning. Ryan Guzman and Briana Evigan will also be back.
The first Step Up, starring Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan, hit theaters in 2006, going on to earn $114.1 million worldwide to date. Tatum appeared in the 2008 sequel Step Up 2: The Streets, and then the rest of the franchise went on to introduce new actors and characters. The first four films have earned $564 million worldwide.
