Stephen Collins Sells Brentwood Home

The '7th Heaven' actor and his wife put the home on sale less than two months ago

Embattled 7th Heaven actor Stephen Collins and estranged wife Faye Grant have parted ways with one of their Brentwood homes. 

The home sold for $3 million after having been on the market for less than two months, according to the Los Angeles Times. The asking price was $2.7 million.

The 2,600 square-foot pad includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a patio with a lagoon-style pool.

Collins and Grant, whose divorce trial has been moved to 2015, are also selling an adjacent home for $2.85 million. 

Collins has been in headlines since October, when audio surfaced of him admitting to molesting underage girls. Collins told Katie Couric in an interview last week that he did molest three underage girls over two decades ago, but that he is not a pedophile
