Steve Kazanjian Appointed CEO of PromaxBDA
He will head the trade association for entertainment marketing, promotion and design professionals
Steve Kazanjian has been named president and CEO of PromaxBDA, the trade association for marketing, promotion and design professionals in the entertainment industry.
The hire was made on Monday by Joe Earley, who is COO of the Fox Television Group and co-chairman of the PromaxBDA board along with Scot Chastain, senior vp, affiliate marketing and development, NBC.
Kazanjian is a former vp global creative for MWV, an agency that does creative marketing and brand strategy across platforms. Prior to MWV he spent 15 years in entertainment branding, marketing and promotions.

Based in Los Angeles, PromaxBDA has over 10,000 members in 70 countries. It holds a number of annual conferences. The next American convention is in Los Angeles on June 9, 2015.
