A trio of fashion VIPs — Zoe Saldana, Michelle Obama and Cara Delevingne — stepped out in back-to-back patterned styles.

If three’s a trend, bold prints are more than trending. Zoe Saldana hit the red carpet in Louis Vuitton’s boho-chic prairie dress at the Infinity Polar Bear premiere during the LA Film Festival on June 14. Saldana’s stylist Petra Flannery posted the look on Instagram and captioned it: "Beautiful Zoe my Renaissance Woman." The actress donned Saint Laurent’s Superstar printed tee (arriving at Jimmy Kimmel Live!) while making the rounds to promote her new film. Across the pond, FLOTUS displayed her penchant for prints during her European business trip/mother-daughter holiday.

The First Lady stepped out in a custom cap-sleeve Mary Katrantzou paisley dress as well as a floral-embroidered Christopher Kane LBD (both on June 16) in London. Obama arrived at Malpensa airport in Milan wearing a multi-printed sundress (June 17), which she followed up with a patterned Missoni knit (June 18). A long-sleeve version of Mrs. O’s paisley dress can be found at ModaOperandi.com ($1,895)—or try Tory Burch’s ($495) swirly, paisley pleats.

Vogue’s July cover girl and supermodel-turned-actress Delevingne stepped out in more modern, graphic motifs to promote Paper Towns.

Delevingne’s picks? A Dolce & Gabbana rose-print in Spain (June 15); Vatanika black-and-white checks in Madrid (June 16); and Mary Katrantzou’s exaggerated houndstooth in Berlin (June 17). A similar style of her floral Dolce is available at ModaOperandi.com ($2,795).

It's safe to say we see a pattern.
