Enjoy the last day of July with a side of style news.
Almost two years ago, Drake announced that his brand, OVO, would be collaborating with Jordan Brand for an exclusive sneaker collection. After teasing the shoes on Instagram and through super-secret pop-ups, a release date has finally been announced (though price is still undisclosed). Fans only have to wait until Sep. 12 to finally get their hands on a pair of Champagne Papi-approved sneaks. [MTV News]
Fendi is finally bringing e-commerce stateside with the launch of their U.S. online store. The new endeavor, which they hope to bring to Japan by the end of the year, expands the digital marketplace they opened in March with the launch of their European e-commerce sites. [WWD]
The American Apparel saga continues. With countless legal expenses and falling sales, the retailer's latest cost-cutting move is downsizing its L.A. offices. On Friday, the company announced that it had renegotiated its lease agreement for its downtown headquarters and will be vacating one of its two buildings. The amendment will cut their rent and building costs by over $1 million. [WWD]
