Given that Kylie Jenner's lips have been a national topic of conversation, it should come as no surprise that Jenner's new app — which features video makeup tutorials on her infamous pucker — tops the iTunes Free Apps chart ahead of Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Since being released yesterday, four out of the five Kardashian-Jenner apps have made the top 50, with Khloe's taking the number 13 spot, Kim's at 35 and Kendall's clocking in at 44. [Fashionista]

Marie Claire and Sephora have partnered for a new sampling initiative sure to have beauty junkies buzzing. Over 100,000 of the glossy's subscribers will receive an outsert in their October issue containing a dramming container, which they can take to their local Sephora for a free sample of any product. Mansur Gavriel has taken the fashion world by storm with its pared down, back-to-basics designs (see: the brand's sell-out bucket bag) and it was with this simple aesthetic in mind that the label designed its new line of shoes which debuted at the brand's first NYFW presentation yesterday. But not all were infatuated with the open-toed, bright-hued leather and suede sandals. Designer Maryam Nassir Zadeh alleges that the designs are "way too close" to her own to have been a coincidence, noting that it's not just the mule shape (which is rather simple by nature) but the bold colors that resemble her designs.
