Style Notes: Naomi Campbell Is Throwing a Birthday Rager; Alaia Makes Perfume
Kick off your holiday weekend in style.
Naomi Campbell is kicking off her 45th birthday celebration with — what else — a giant mansion party at a private chateau in the south of France. Fashionable guests for Saturday evening's soiree are to include Leonardo DiCaprio, Sean Combs, Karlie Kloss, Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid. We would expect nothing less from the supermodel. The cover for Donna Karan's new memoir, My Journey (out later this year), has been revealed. The atelier-turned-activist, whose most recent project abroad was partnering with Parsons School of Design to create a campus in Haiti, describes her rise to success, motherhood and her spiritual journey. With a foreword from her BFF Barbara Streisand, the memoir is definitely on our reading list. [People]
