A Zara Documentary Is Coming This Fall [Refinery29]
Everything you ever wanted to know about the Spanish fast-fashion retailer Zara will be explored in the upcoming documentary, Zara: The Story of the World's Richest Man. The film, slated for release this fall, has "hidden camera footage" and interviews with "Zara insiders" as well as "unique footage" of founder Armanico Ortega, who at one time was the world's richest man. 

Gucci, YSL Power Kering Growth [Business of Fashion]
Thanks to strong performances from Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent, French luxury conglomerate Kering posted record numbers for the first half of the year, up 29.7 percent across all of its luxury brands. For the first time since Alessandro Michele took the reigns at Gucci in 2015, the Italian fashion house surpassed the insurmountable growth of YSL, which had continued to outpace Gucci even after the departure of Hedi Slimane in 2016. Gucci's comparable revenue was 43.4 percent, while YSL's was 28.5 percent.

Rihanna has wormed her way into the headlines for the umpteenth time this week. Kendrick Lamar dropped the music video for "Loyalty" featuring Rihanna off his latest album, Damn. Lamar himself sports two buns in the video, while Rihanna rocks a more low-key all-black ensemble for her role as "woman dangling from a skyscraper." Watch the video below.
