StyleHaul Taps FremantleMedia Veteran for COO Position
Olivier Delfosse previously oversaw global digital strategy at FremantleMedia.
StyleHaul has tapped digital media veteran Olivier Delfosse as chief operating officer, the company announced Thursday morning.
Delfosse, who will work alongside StyleHaul CEO Stephanie Horbaczewski in Los Angeles, will lead the company's operations, investment strategy and expansion into international markets, with a focus on Brazil and Asian countries.
Delfosse comes from FremantleMedia Group, where he was senior vp digital. FremantleMedia and StyleHaul are both owned by European entertainment giant RTL Group, and Delfosse will also oversee StyleHaul's partnerships with other companies in the RTL portfolio.
Horbaczewski said Delfosse's "experience and accomplishments at FremantleMedia, as well as his deep global and distribution knowledge will add tremendous value." Delfosse added: "During my tenure at FremantleMedia, my team and I had success extending global television brands, like American Idol, The X Factor and America's Got Talent, into the social and online video space. I'm looking forward to bringing that knowledge and expertise to StyleHaul and working in partnership with Stephanie to execute her strategic vision for the company’s growth as it continues to scale."
StyleHaul is a fashion and lifestyle digital media company and YouTube network. The company agreed to sell a controlling stake to RTL in November for $107 million, valuing the company at $151.4 million plus performance incentives.
