Sundance Channel Global Takes Five Park City Festival Titles
The international arm of the Sundance network nabbed 'Mammal,' 'The Fits,' 'Spa Night,' 'Jacqueline' and 'Mi Amiga Del Parque' for multiple international territories.
AMC Networks' Sundance Channel Global has nabbed a handful of Sundance festival titles out of Park City, it said Thursday.
It has taken multiple international rights to Irish drama Mammal, Anna Rose Holmer's Cincinnati-set The Fits, Andrew Ahn's Spa Night, U.S. documentary Jacqueline (Argentine) and feature My Friend from the Park, a production from Argentina and Uruguay.
Sundance took Mammal for Central and Eastern Europe, Iberia, Latin America, and the Middle East and North Africa. The Fits and Jacqueline (Argentine) have been acquired for Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, Dutch Benelux, Iberia, Latin America, the Middle East and North Africa.
The company also took Spa Night for its networks in Dutch Benelux, Central and Eastern Europe, Iberia and Latin America and My Friend from the Park for Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, Dutch Benelux, Iberia, and the Middle East and North Africa.
The films will premiere exclusively on the Sundance Channel in the respective territories.
