The Greg Kinnear-starrer will premiere in Park City before being presented to buyers at the EFM in Berlin next month.

Mongrel International has taken the international rights to Ira Sachs' Little Men, starring Greg Kinnear, Jennifer Ehle and Paulina Garcia, ahead of a world premiere in Sundance and a European bow in Berlin.

The indie sees Kinnear and Ehle play a married couple who inherit a Brooklyn home, while Garcia plays a single mother who runs the dress shop downstairs. Mongrel will present Little Men to buyers outside of North America, where WME is shopping the title.

Little Men will debut in Sundance as part of the Premieres sidebar, before screening in the Panorama and Generations sections in Berlin next month. Sachs' sixth film is conceived as a part of a trilogy, along with the director’s Keep the Lights On and last year’s Love Is Strange, about New York City, family life and real estate.

Sachs previously worked with Mongrel International president Charlotte Mickie on sales of earlier films like The Delta and Forty Shades of Blue.

Sachs and Mauricio Zacharias wrote the script for Little Men, and the film is being produced by Sachs and Lucas Joaquin, Christos Konstantakopoulos, Jim Landé and Laura Teodosio in association with Faliro House, Parts & Labor, Race Point Films, Raptor Films, RT Features and Water’s End Productions.
