Mike "BigMike" Straumietis, CEO of Advanced Nutrients, said he's turning his Super Bowl party into a "Super Bowl Lawsuit" at a press conference Saturday night.

A million-dollar Super Bowl "marijuana mansion" party will no longer be happening in the Hollywood Hills.

Mike "BigMike" Straumietis, CEO of Advanced Nutrients, said he's turning his Super Bowl party into a "Super Bowl Lawsuit" at a press conference Saturday night after announcing the event has been canceled due to a stop-work order issued by the city of Los Angeles.

"Due to the actions of the LAPD and City Council, BigMike's Super Bowl Party has been cancelled. Expect legal action on our part and the formation of a new non profit to support political candidates who best reflect our community," Straumietis posted Saturday night on his Instagram account.

Although Straumietis has been known to throw epic parties at his Skyline Drive estate, his plans for thousands of guests to party during the Super Bowl was not sitting too well with neighbors, according to NBC4. He advertised the party through his social media accounts and held a contest where winners were to receive a free plane trip and hotel stay to attend the party along with $1,000 in cash.

"This has nothing to do with trash or traffic," said Straumietis during the press conference. "Clearly my neighbors are being used as scapegoats by high-ranking officials in the city of Los Angeles and as a continuing pattern of bullying and intimidation solely because we are in the cannabis industry."

Also known as The Marijuana Don, Straumietis has made millions from selling fertilizers for growing marijuana and other supplements over the past 16 years through Advanced Nutrients, which operates in 93 countries. The exec started his own lawn fertilizing business when he was 19.

Advanced Nutrients did not immediately respond to The Hollywood Reporter's request for comment.
