Golden Globes: Sylvester Stallone Blasted For Snubbing Black Director, Co-Star of 'Creed'

"Well. I'm gonna go ahead and thank RYAN COOGLER + MICHAEL B. JORDAN since no one else is," 'Selma' director Ava DuVernay tweeted.

Sylvester Stallone was immediately blasted over social media by African-American stars for not thanking Creed star Michael B. Jordan or director Ryan Coogler after he won the Golden Globe for best supporting actor in a film.

Stallone thanked a number of people during his speech, but he did not thank those two men during the broadcast.

Apparently, Stallone came back on stage during the commercial break, which was right after his award, to thank Jordan and Coogler.

But, it seemed to be too late.

Not too long after Jackson posted his tweet, he follow-up on the issue.
