Take-Two Interactive CEO Ben Feder to Leave Game Maker
Executive chair to take on added role
NEW YORK -- Video game company Take-Two Interactive said in a regulatory filing Friday that CEO Ben Federwill leave his post, effective Jan. 1.
Executive chairman Strauss Zelnickwill then take on the additional role of CEO.
The company also said that executive vp Karl Slatoffhas been promoted to the newly created role of COO.
Feder plans to travel through Asia with his family for an extended period, the company said.
