Three top French luxury brands each dressed two A-list stars on the SAGs red carpet.
We've mostly been living in a red-carpet world where major design houses each dress one nominee or presenter. After all, actresses prefer — and sometimes demand — exclusives. But this year's SAG Awards broke a lot of precedents, particularly this one. Dior's Raf Simons dressed two top acting nominees, Emma Stone and Rosamund Pike — both in dramatic black.
Givenchy's Riccardo Tisci dressed best actress nom Julianne Moore in her shiny beaded green gown and TV movie nom Julia Roberts in her black jumpsuit. And Alexander Wang of Balenciaga dressed nominee Felicity Jones in her pale pink column gown and Naomi Watts in her off-the-shoulder purple gown with jeweled neckline.
