Major Nordic networks nab TCB's nonfiction titles, including Australian lifeguard reality show "Bondi Rescue" and shows from the "Most Extreme" series.

Brit-based sales outfit TCB Media Rights has closed a raft of deals for titles from its reality TV slate with major broadcasters across Scandinavia.

The deals, with Sweden's SVT and TV4, Denmark's TV2 NRK in Norway and pan-Nordic broadcast group Viasat, including numerous titles that include hit Australian lifeguard reality show Bondi Rescue and Arrow's World's Most Extreme series.

Bondi Rescue, which TCB acquired for world distribution ahead of this year's MIPTV market, went to both NRK3 in Norway and TV4 in Sweden. TV4's volume deal also included episodes of World's Most Extreme and Australian documentary series Tales of the Unexpected.

Deals were negotiated by Karen Connell, who joined TCB in February as head of sales for the Nordic region, Benelux and Central and Eastern Europe.
