Tim Gunn to Explore History of Everyday Fashions in Sophomore Book, Due in 2012

The follow-up to last year's "Gunn's Golden Rules" will take a witty look at basic fashions and how best to wear them.
Project Runway co-host Tim Gunn's follow up last year's New York Times bestseller Gunn's Golden Rules won't hit shelves until fall 2012, but the fashion expert has already leaked details of the forthcoming tome to Entertainment Weekly on Thursday.
Next year's release of Tim Gunn's Fashion Bible: The Fascinating History of Everything in Your Closet will devote each chapter to a specific article of clothing, providing a witty history accompanied with relevant style tips and suggestions for how best to wear the item.
"Every item of clothing means something, usually a lot of somethings," Gunn said in a press statement. "By pointing out what those things are, I hope this book will delight readers and magically transform their cluttered closets into world of wonders."
