Time Warner Cable and A+E Networks said Thursday that they have renewed their distribution agreement, which will allow Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks to continue delivery of A+E Networks channels to their subscribers.

This multiplatform agreement allows for continued carriage of A&E, Lifetime, History, LMN, Bio, H2, History en Espanol, Crime & Investigation Network, Military History and Lifetime Real Women.

It will also provide customers access to a robust offering of VOD content, TV Everywhere content for TWC TV out-of-home platforms, and access to various A+E Networks apps, including History, A+E and Lifetime.

Additional terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

"We’re pleased to extend our relationship with A+E Networks,” said Jennifer Chun, senior vp content acquisition at Time Warner Cable. “We’ve enjoyed a strong partnership with A+E for many years, and their programming is valuable to our customers. Now they will be able to enjoy even more of this content on multiple platforms.”
