Tori Spelling's Pregnancy to Be Featured on Reality Show

The reality star announced via Twitter that she is expecting her third child with husband Dean McDermott.

With Tori Spelling expecting her third child, the reality star's pregnancy will now be included in her Oxygen series Home Sweet Hollywood, sources said.

Since the network is currently in production on the show, her pregnancy will be part of the new season. However, it's unclear how exactly little or how much of the story line will focus on her pregnancy.
