A24 is close to picking up U.S. rights to Noah Baumbach's While We're Young.

The film, written and directed by Baumbach, made its world premiere Saturday night at Toronto's Princess of Wales Theatre and sparked heated interest from buyers including Fox Searchlight.

The relationship dramedy stars Ben Stiller, Naomi Watts, Amanda Seyfried and Adam Driver, and revolves around a couple who re-examine their relationship when a younger couple enter their lives.

Scott Rudin, Baumbach, Lila Yacoub and Eli Bush produced, while Barry Diller financed.

In his review, THR's Todd McCarthy said, "From a stylistic point of view, While We’re Young is lively and buoyant, although not as resourceful or as beautiful as [Baumbach's last film] Frances Ha."

UTA repped the filmmakers.
